Nature of Business

We are engaged in the export and import of agricultural products, including but not limited to grains, pulses, spices, fruits, vegetables, and other related commodities.

Eligibility to Use Our Services

By doing business with Lala Nalanda Pvt Ltd, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
• You are acting on behalf of a company or legal entity (if applicable).
• You comply with all local and international laws relevant to your jurisdiction and our trade.

Product Quality and Standards

• We follow all applicable Indian and international quality standards for agricultural exports/imports.
• Products are subject to inspection, grading, and certification as required by the importing country.
• Any concerns about quality must be raised within 5 working days of delivery.

Orders and Payments

• All orders must be confirmed in writing via email or an official purchase order.
• Prices are agreed upon before dispatch and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes and duties as specified.
• Payment terms are determined on a case-by-case basis, and full payment must be received as agreed in the commercial invoice or pro forma invoice.

Shipping and Delivery

• We arrange shipping through reputed logistics providers.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to force majeure events such as natural disasters, customs delays, or political unrest.
• Risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier (FOB, CIF, or other Incoterms as agreed).

We provide all necessary documents including:

• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Certificate of Origin
• Phytosanitary Certificate (if required)
• Bill of Lading/Airway Bill
• Any other required government or trade documents

Customs and Duties

• The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Any delays due to customs clearance are not the responsibility of Lala Nalanda Pvt Ltd.

• No returns are accepted unless there is a proven quality issue.
• Claims must be supported with appropriate evidence (photos, lab reports, etc.).
• Valid claims will be resolved via refund, replacement, or credit note at our discretion.

All trade terms, pricing, and customer data are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of delayed or non-performance of any contractual obligations due to circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
